No primeiro andar você tem uma grande sala de estar com uma área de estar separada onde você pode assistir TV a cabo e uma área de jantar com mesa e 6 cadeiras. Há uma casa de banho no piso térreo sem banho e uma cozinha totalmente equipada, incluindo uma máquina de lavar louça e máquina de lavar.
No primeiro andar você tem um quarto com 2 camas individuais e uma casa de banho privativa com chuveiro. Há um grande armário para guardar suas roupas e pertences. Ainda no primeiro andar você tem um segundo quarto com uma cama de casal. Grande na área ainda oferece um armário separado e área de vestir. A casa de banho tem uma banheira com chuveiro.
No segundo andar você tem outra área de estar que inclui um sofá-cama duplo. Você também tem uma casa de banho neste piso com chuveiro. O terraço é acessível por este andar, onde você pode desfrutar de um copo de vinho ao ar livre ou simplesmente apreciar as vistas e os arredores. We do wish the beds were more comfortable but everything else is very good. Very clean when we get there and the intermediate cleaning was very good. All in all a pleasant experience.

There was a new shower curtain in the main bathroom which was good but the one in the attic room had not been washed.
We will make a booking for next summer .please make sure the beds are clean with new pillows. thank you

In the room with 2 single beds the mattresses were not covered at all All the pillows need renewing they are very old, there should be toilet cleaning materials in the bathrooms for guests to use. Please get a new table cloth to protect the wooden table where guests eat .Thank you

Great house in a fabulous location minutes walk from anything you could possibly need. We spent 5 days here in October with family ranging from 3 to 70 years old and the house accommodated us well. Staff were on hand to greet, provide recommendations and advice and helped with airport transfer bookings. It was nice not need a car nor would i have fancied navigating the narrow cobbled streets! In this location you are a stones throw from great family beaches, restaurants, shops museums and the Parque Marechal Carmona which was a hit with all the family. Easy walk/run up to Boca do Inferno and beyond on the coastal path. Plenty more we didn't have time to do, will definitely return.

Great flat in a great location in the center of Cascais! We stayed five nights as a family with two kids age 10 and 13. The flat is well equipped, tidy and nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There would be no problem to stay 6 adults in the flat. On teh top floor is a nice terrace were one can enjoy the morning coffey and the evening sun. The flat is located on a quiet street in the center of Cascais, with pubs, and restaurants just around the corner. Also the city beach is just short strall away. We would definitely love to stay at Luis's flat the next time we visit Cascais! /Jonny
